In the presence of Professor Dr. Abdul-Wehab Kh. Musa, Vice President for Student Affairs and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Safar, Dean of the College of Administration and Economic, on Monday, December 18, 2017, (Yekdar Group) started a tree-planting campaign to plant seedlings at the University of Zakho. This campaign was held to raise awareness about environment and the effects of pollution. At the end of the campaign, manager of Yekdar Group expressed his gratitude to the University of Zakho for their support.

It is worth noting that Yekdar is a group of active volunteers who held the responsibility of raising awareness of their shoulders.
